Willows Estates Limited hosts the building, development and civil engineering faculties and  is now a multi disciplinary entity with the ability to :

b) effect Barn and building conversions,
c) construct home and industrial extensions,
d)  complete civil engineering and groundworks projects.-

The Willows companies are in short a one stop shop to creative contemporary design and construction.

Much of the design ethos seen within the fabulous Barn conversions and the “Nursing Home to private dwelling” refurbishment is from Andy's vision of gracious living in contemporary surroundings. He is sympathetic to the environment and has strong links with David Kemp RIBA and Liam Russell RIBA who also share Andy's passion for good design. Both David and Liam have won awards for their architecture.

The Kitchens and Bathrooms section are a recent innovation and were formally launched in September 2006.

Regarding construction, we will undertake domestic, commercial or industrial building and offer a prompt professional service at all times. We act as consultants for design and construction of all types of building work including barn conversions, alterations, refurbishments, conservatories, kitchens, bathrooms, extensions, garages, houses and associated roofing work. We are currently involved in construction of a new flint cottage in Sussex and have recently completed a conversion of an existing bungalow to a four bedroomed home with three bathrooms etc for a private client, built an extension to a traditional timber framed barn in Wilmington and rebuilt a derelict cottage in Alfriston. We are currently negotiating to develop a block of 16 Luxury apartments, each with a sea view, in Seaford. The scheme should commence in July 2008 

We can offer Civil Engineering, structural engineering, architectural design, full construction and building for conversions, new build, turnkey projects; for private and commercial clients. We offer full local authority planning and design services to all our customers via our consultant architects and Studio designers.

All construction works are fully guaranteed (development works by Zurich Buildings Insurance (if the scheme is applicable)) and we give free surveys and quotations. Insurance work can be undertaken.
